The learning success of pupils is determined by numerous factors. The effectiveness of learning behaviour depends not only on the individual entry requirements (e.g. prior knowledge, intelligence, motivation) but also on the learning strategies and methods applied in the learning situation.
During the 2018/2019 academic year, the GSIS evaluated the methods curricula and made some changes.
During the Method Days, the GSIS pupils learn resource-oriented, cognitive, metacognitive, motivational and emotional strategies.
As early as in the first week in school, selected methods are introduced during the methods training.
