Support concept

Individual support is anchored in our mission statement and is a teaching principle at GISA. At GISA, support for teachers means accepting our pupils in their uniqueness and making appropriate efforts to support them in their learning difficulties and talents. 

We use various elements to provide pupils with the best possible support:

  • School entry diagnosis
  • Structure of the learning groups (see cross-grade concept)
  • Internal differentiation
  • Learning time (homework supervision)
  • Participation in competitions
  • Remedial teaching
  • Work placement
  • Methods curriculum
  • Talent time
  • Comparative tests

Financing

All extracurricular activities are funded by the school, with the exception of one-to-one tuition and special individual programmes.
